# Not saving changes

 * Hi,
    When I’m editing the completed order e-mail, the changes are not being saved.
   I’ve tried from different browsers but gets the same results. When editing the
   other e-mails I have no problems.

    Have you tried deactivating your plugins?
 * When editing in the customizer, if you right-click, then click “inspect” and 
   look at the “console” tab do you see any errors?

 * Yes, I’m seeing 3 errors

 * Hey,
    All of those are errors with facebook. Try deactivating any facebook plugins
   you have installed.

    Thanks, i deactivated the facebook plugin and the removed the error,
   but my changes are still not being saved

 * I suggest you keep deactivating plugins, then try activating a standard theme.
