    I am the developer of the [http://portal.aegeantrails.com](http://portal.aegeantrails.com)
   site. We have opened a ticket on [https://wp-types.com/forums/forum/professional-support/](https://wp-types.com/forums/forum/professional-support/).
   Can you please give me an update on the situation of the ticket, as it’s been
   some time since i’ve last heard from you. Thank you!
