Not saving text after 4.4 update

Hi. Today I upgraded my website to 4.4 and when I was writing something I noticed the word count was 0 (see image below). I thought it was a weird thing but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and proceeded. About 1/4 thru I saved and right after it loaded again to my surprise ALL TEXT was lost.

I tried to see if I can recover it by checking it on the local storage of my browser but it too didn’t have the draft. I checked it out and realized it was literally not saving anything. I paste the text on both visual and text editor but once you switch back from one to the other your text vanishes.

Rightfully I am frustrated but I’m also glad I save every 20-25% of my article which means I should be able to write everything down again.

Now, how do we fix this? I’ve updated everything I can.

I also noticed I have errors and visual editor for both Chrome and Mozilla (vanilla) is disabled. In Chrome I found the following:

It should be noted that I was STILL able to use vis editor when I encountered the No WORD COUNT issue but minutes later, when I reloaded my site, the Vis Editor issue popped out.

Should I revert back to 4.3? I need to post something quick.

Update 1:

I flushed the cache and the word count seems to be working now (I saved and previewed) but my issue with the Vis Editor persists.
