    Hello, I opened another topic about the issue:https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/incompatibility-with-blocksy-theme-2/

    Because the previous one was closed before I had the chance to reply.

    When I am click “Configure” in the plugin options, it takes me to a defaul Woocommerce customization page, which I find strange, as this appears to be a result of a broken link. Then, if I go to Customizing ▸ WooCommerce ▸ Product Catalogue, as suggested in the previous topic, I only see the default Woocommerce sorting options and nothing has changed. I wonder if this is caused by the Blocksy theme I am currently using or it is a different issue.

    I am interested in ordering the On sale product first.

    Thank you for reaching out about our plugin, Extra Product Sorting Options! I’m happy to assist you with this. 🙂

    I understand that depending on if you attempt to configure sorting options from our plugin or from the Appearance customizer path, you are getting the default customizer or the customizer that is utilized by the Blocksy theme. Additionally, your are unable to see any of the extra sorting options when accessing through the blocksy customizer. Would you be able to reply with a screenshot of the different customizer versions you are seeing? It is possible that the plugin is incompatible with how the theme is utilizing the customizer, but I have not heard of other reports for this plugin.
