Not Simple, Not Easy

    I appreciate the fact this is suppose to be a simple and clean plugin but its really not. It’s very clunky and difficult to navigate. Nothing is easily laid out or easily understandable. If you were extremely experienced and proficient with the plugin then maybe it would be simple. Also there is a lot of broken functionality within the user end that would just create havoc and chaos for an admin down the road. Even the initial setup is broke and was constantly asking for a menu that wasn’t even active. If you are looking for simple and clean this is NOT that.

    If you were extremely experienced and proficient with the plugin then maybe it would be simple.

    What is simple for someone, may be extremely complex for someone else, however, I can assure you that most of the people using this plugin are not extremely experienced or proficient, but they ask for support when they hit a roadblock.

    Also there is a lot of broken functionality within the user end that would just create havoc and chaos for an admin down the road.

    This might have been the case for your particular case and probably caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin. However, you can test our demo and you’ll see that everything works as advertised. Seeing that you had issues with another very popular plugin, I suspect the problems are caused by your own installation.

    It would have been nice to get at least 1 support request to rule that out…

    Judging from your defensive response I am glad I deleted this and found a simpler and easier solution that actually function as advertised. Unfortunately your plug-in and the other you commented about, regardless of popularity just didn’t function for us after much troubleshooting, and were much more of a headache then worth the effort. I am glad that it works for others, just because it didn’t work for us does not make us inept.

    I never accused you of being inept and I’m sorry if you feel that way.

    I just pointed out that probably all the problems you experienced were due to some conflict with other plugins or the theme and a support request would have been enough to solve them all.

    Instead, rather than asking for support, you preferred to take the time to leave a bad review without giving any valuable feedback… which is kinda weird considering this is a free plugin.

    Anyway, I’m happy that you found another solution that works for you
