    Hi,

    I was surprised by this review; if you compare with other backup plugins, UD asks the user to make many fewer decisions, and has far less options (much more is performed by intelligent coded logic without involving the user). That’s why we’re more used to reviews praising the ease-of-use (after installing, you can just hit one button to get a backup without going anywhere else). Can you provide any specific details about what confused you? All feedback with specific information on what you experienced is useful to us!
