    Hi

    I am really not sure what that plugin does.
    1. you send the email and it says they will get back to you in max 48 hours (2 days)
    2. In the backend you have 2 menu items – 1 where the email gets listed and another one with deletion requests, but how to get an email there 😉
    3. It seems not to offer sufficient compliance to GDPR and can’t be seen as a technical solution if it is not intuitive for users.

    Besides that, the form itself is NOT GDPR compliant as it does not offer an opt-in and not even a way to opt out again. So everybody who knows your email can send you requests of deletion and you will have no proof that it was sent from that person at all!

    First of all, thanks for Your opinion. We really appreciate Your feedback.

    It helps us to improve our product. But honestly, We need a bit more information about Your experience with GDPR plugin. Can You contact our support with a bit more explanation about Your experience to avoid the same problems for another customer that decides to use our product?
