# Not synced – Syncable

 * With version 1.2 new products synced right away but with version 1.3 we only 
   get the message: “Not synced – Syncable” on the Zettle status. What can we do?

 * The update 1.3 syncs new products well in my testing environments, so we would
   like to take a closer look at your log files.
    Can you please open a support

   Please include a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your Zettle log file
   from when you had version 1.3 active.

    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for
   support WooCommerce > Status > Logs > “zettle-pos-integration-[…]” in the dropdown

 * The update to the latest Zettle version 1.4.0 should have automatically restored
   the product sync. Can you please check again with the latest version?

 * I have installed the lastest version of Zettle POS Integration 1.4.1, and I get
   the message “Not synced – Syncable” on the Zettle Status column.

 * Thank for your answer. I just send a support ticket from your link.
 * Even after update to the latest version, I still have the same problem of “Not
   synced – Syncable” issues.
 * Hope to get the problem solve asap.
