not the correct prices

    UPS has updated the prices, so the regular UPS shipping, which was 5.99 is now 7.99 (or thereabouts)

    unfortunately only the old prices get pulled from ups, not the new ones. But this is only for the national (UK) shippings. The overseas shippings to e.g.USA are okay, I think (not sure, would need to check again)

    There are discrepancies between 2 and 5 GBP, which is quite annoying. Shame, really

    Please know that our plugin uses the official UPS API. Therefore, we’re not storing the price rates. Up-to-date information is pulled directly from UPS servers on the checkout page. I encourage you to check our blog article about all the possible factors that can affect live rates:

    Still, we’d like to investigate the issue.

    May I kindly ask you to share screenshots that show the difference between what you’re getting on the checkout page and what you see on the UPS Online Calculator (while being logged in the same account)?

    Sorry Piotrek,

    I totally forgot.

    It seems it has to do something with VAT.

    UPS is adding VAT to their postage, no matter what you are sending.

    Most of my items are zero rated, which means, that also the VAT is zero rated. So only the postage without VAT is added to the customer invoice, but charged at UPS which leaves me out of pocket for the VAT charged.

    Does that make sense?

    Please know that our UPS Plugin doesn’t offer any tax options. All the VAT rates are set directly in WooCommerce settings:
