• Hello,
    we are using Pixel Caffeine, especially monitoring “add to cart” and “purchase” events. We are facing a problem because Facebook, looking in the ADS statistics, only tracks some events. That is, if one day for example we got 30 “add to cart” events in the e-commerce, in the Ads stats Facebook shows only 5 of them.
    So this seams a strange behavior becuase it is as the tracking is working only certain moments/times.

    I checked that the events are fired by the site, using the Facebook Crhome extension, of course, and there are no problems.

    So, what could we do to understand where the problem could come from?

    Would be a good idea to create some custom events (“add new tracking”) in Pixel Caffeine, beyond the default ones we are already using?

    Hi,

    are you using some caching plugins? There are known issues with server-side events that we are fixing with the release of the new version, most probably within the next 24/48hours.
