 * Hi there!
 * Have set up the plugin and a mail.
 * 1. The test mail works, 100%.
    2. But when I test as a user the mail is not triggering.
   It has been set to trigger 1min after the cart has been abandoned. It is ACTIVE.
 * What am I doing wrong?

 * Hi there,
    I have the same issue. Is it already capturing the email address when
   the customer enters it at the checkout and then leaves the site without submitting
   anything? Or is it just capturing orders that haven’t been completed because
   the payment failed or they cancelled somewhere else?
 * Thanks

 * Never mind, I found out what the issue was. Needed to trigger the cron job manually.

 * Hello [@fishgate](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fishgate/) & [@beats247](https://wordpress.org/support/users/beats247/),
 * Thank you for reaching put to us.
 * Plugin captures the user’s email and checkout data once the user enters their
   email address on the checkout page. After the 15 Min. ( Default time of cron
   to check the order ) plugin check if the same order is placed or not.
 * If an order is placed and order status matches that you have selected in the
   settings, then it will not store that order.
 * If an order is not placed, then plugin marks it as abandoned and schedule the
   emails to send. Also, if the order status does not match with selected order
   statues in the settings, then it also sends the emails.
 * [@fishgate](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fishgate/), can you please let
   us know if you have changed the cron time with the filter we have provided?

   Are you able to see the abandoned orders?
 * Looking forward to hearing from you.

    ***************** The email trash is empty. I also checked cron (I don’t
   understand exactly how it works) but there is also a process at 15 minute intervals.
 * If I understand correctly, after leaving the “cart” and writing down the email
   address, after completing the 15 minute interval, 4 emails should have been sent
   in 1 minute intervals. But nothing. I checked the spam. Everything seems to work,
   except that the emails don’t go away.

 * Hello [@realityman](https://wordpress.org/support/users/realityman/),
 * It seems that this is not the cron issue.
 * Can you please check if in front of the scheduled email, is it showing as email
   sent? i.e. Tick will indicate the email is sent and the ‘x’ icon will show not
   sent.
 * Can you please check the email log on your site? Is there any error while sending
   the email?
 * Are you using any SMTP plugin to send the email?
 * Looking forward to hearing from you.

 * Hi,
    yes, emails are sent. They have a tick.
 * WP Mail Logging Log. plugin
    I don’t see any mistake. I tried it 3 more times.
   from different browsers and to different addresses. The first attempt was successful.
   The other 2 failed. For the first try. 4 emails arrived, but they came later
   and at the same time. They should have 1 minute intervals.
 * I proceeded by entering the name and email in the order and closing the window.

   I also tried the variant when I confirmed the GDPR plugin and checked the agreement
   with the conditions. It didn’t work.

 * Hello [@realityman](https://wordpress.org/support/users/realityman/),
 * If the scheduled emails are sent then it seems that plugin is working fine.
 * Can you please check the configuration of the SMTP plugin?
 * Also, can you deactivate the suspect plugins that may cause the issue to send
   the emails and check if it is working?
 * Let us know if you have any questions.

 * Hi,
    I turned off all plugins except woo commerce, I entered an email at checkout
   and closed the window. the result is nothing. I do not use any SMTP plugin. All
   other emails from other plugins are working.

 * Hi,
    I instaled the WP Mail SMTP by WPForms. Test email was Ok, but I am sorry,
   the abandonment cart emails they are just on the list, but nothing comes out.
   🙁
 * I tried it on 2 more email addresses. They didn’t appear in the list for an hour.
   But I noticed one important thing. Look at the dates.
 * That’s when the order was placed:
 * November 12, 2020 12:32 AM
 * And do you see here? The date goes back 2 days in time:
