Could check at the database if you have tables like wp_uam_accessgroups? Are you getting any error?

Two. wp_uam_accessgroup_to_object and wp_uam_accessgroups. I found a bug on the install, will fix this soon.
New version is released. Deactivate the plugin after update and reactivate it again. Please give it a try and give feedback. Thanks.
