Not using CDN in some cases

    Hi,

    I’ve recently noticed that sometimes plugin doesn’t want to use CDN for some pages. Here are 2 instances of the same pages using and only partially using CDN to serve static content.

    https://tools.pingdom.com/#5ce909a196c00000 – CDN used partially by Autoptimize, but the most requests (images) come from the original domain dancelifemap.com

    https://tools.pingdom.com/#5ce90b858f000000 – CDN used fully

    You can see it in the “Requests by Domain” and “Content size by domain” sections

    I use Autoptimize together with WP Super Cache. Sometimes clearing both caches help, but sometimes not, it just keeps serving those pages over an over again bypassing CDN.

    Is there any suggestion how to make sure it uses CDN for images all the time?
