• Our chief complaint about using this website host is the Facebook tool. It was first of all, ridiculously hard to install as a tool on our page. It took two of our people the better part of a week to figure it out. Now that it is there, it initially displayed content from our Facebook feed that was several weeks old. It hasn’t updated the content since the day we got it up there, no matter how many times we tell it to update or refresh. Currently, the content is over two months old. Oh, and we can’t edit any formatting of the feed’s display on our page unless we change to premium. And once it was installed, it messed with our background so that the picture that was supposed to scroll at the top only scrolled behind all of our feed, making it incredibly hard to read. That took another half an hour to find and fix. Every time we make edits to the page, the feed disappears and we have to go through the process all over again.

    I had the same issue.
Do write to them, they will help you out. It is due to new FB privacy rules.
    1) Make sure you are logged on the FB account on which you created the page.
    2) Go through the entire process again, then re-create your feed.

    It all worked for me.
