    This plugin not work well with Tutor LMS

    I have 2 issues

    First Ai Engine has error

    The reply sent by the server is broken.

    Also product and courses pages not work

    Can you check and fix it please

    Hi,

    What kind of errors? Have you also checked your PHP Error Logs?

    Check please

    and error when use engine ai for posts ( The reply sent by the server is broken. )

    php error log not work – just loading

    Also product page – course page not works

    I tried to save permerlink and nothing happen

    Everything will be ok – if i delete engine ai or tutor lms pro

    I did and gave you printscreen

    this page loading without showing any error

    The PHP Error Logs can’t be displayed in your case in WordPress directly (that depends on the hosting service). Please ask your hosting service for the PHP Error Logs directly (or maybe they have an admin for that).

    Need to push that thread because that error still existes and prevent us using that plugin

    Hello @tigroumeow ,

    the hosting provider of our customer isnt really helpful. I may have the log, but im not 100% sure. There are private details like domain name in it, how can i send it to you in private?

    It will not really help to access your install (and I can’t do it for free users, it’s not something we are authorized to do through the WP forums too).

    The only thing that can help is to see the PHP Error Logs. I am pretty sure someone will be able to check and see what’s going wrong 🙂 PHP Error Logs are normally available with any hosting service.

    @tigroumeow I wanna say, that i may have the log but there are details in it like domain name. Are there any way to send you the log in a private way? Here anyone can read it including Domainnames etc.
