I did check your website url and I believe the Adaptive Images plugin is actually working as expected. The resolution cookie is set correctly http://prntscr.com/j05mlv/ and the images are being resized accordingly http://prntscr.com/j05n2p/. Also the debug urls of each image seem OK, as well, for instance https://www.intentjournal.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Intent_Journal_Chloe_2_%C2%A9_2018.jpg?debug=true and https://www.intentjournal.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Intent_Journal_Chloe_2_%C2%A9_2018.jpg?debug=original.
However, the first time I visited the website I did not see any images at all and I had to do a hard refresh in order to get to the results above. I am not sure why that is. Perhaps some caching issue? Are you using Litespeed’s internal caching mechanism?

Don’t worry about the images not showing, that is a caching issue I’m going to have to fix and not related to the problem
