Not working?!

Hi,
I’ve installed the free version of the plugin yesterday and it just isn’t working.
I’ve tried several times and different configs. I’ve also updated, today, to de new version, same result, no discount is created or applied in any step
I’m testing the plugin in my test environment (localhost) before I add it to live.
Can I get some help on this?
