 * Check that exactly one copy of jQuery is enqueued on your page, and that the 
   version enqueued is the copy included within WordPress rather than any other 
   version.
 * If you are using a plugin to minify and /or concatenate scripts and/or provide
   caching, clear the cache and disable that plugin to troubleshoot whether that
   might be causing the issue.
