Not working after migration

I’ve been using Groups for a few years and it’s been working well. Last month I added Groups for WooCommerce so that customers would be added to groups automatically instead of manually.

This week I migrated the site to another webhost, and all users were removed from their groups in the Users list in WP admin. This is bad.

I looked at the database (groups_user_group) and I found that user_id and group_id for all users are still correct.

Why is this data not showing up in WP admin, and not restricting content on the front end as intended? Any ideas?
