# Not working. Button missing

 * When I create a new blog, I click “Add Media”. Then I only have 2 tabs: “Upload
   Files” and “Media Library”. There is are no other tabs. What’s wrong?

 * But when I access media directly from the left menu, I do have the option “Free
   Asset Library”. It’s just that the tab is missing from the new post page.

 * Sorry. Your reply took 3 weeks and 6 days. That’s too long. In the meantime I
   switched over to another plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/instant-images/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/instant-images/)
   
   That one works better.So I’m not investing time to make screenshots.

   We are currently working on some other plugins.
   Also due to a lack of support team, we have not replied earlier.We have a couple
   of features that will help everyone.We hope you’ll use our plugin again once 
   we add more features.
