Hello, would you mind telling me what version of php and what version of WordPress you are using? Also if you could, what version of Avade.
We have just released a new version of the plugin and we fixed a few bugs that were in it. If you wouldn’t mind trying it again and seeing if the problem persists. Thanks
It’s running PHP version 7.3.3 and on WordPress 5.1
Avada theme version 5.9
I updated the plugin, but still get the loading bubbles without nothing happening.

I have looked into the issue you’re having and unfortunately our plugin does not work with Avada theme at this time.
We are continually adding compatibility with more and more themes as we go and Avada is on our list.
But I do not have any kind of time table for you.
If anybody out there wants to help make this plugin work with more themes we are more than happy to accept the help.
I will let you know as soon as we release a version that is compatible with Avada themes.
