I use the Jetpack subscribe form. When jetpack send email notifications, this plugin (WP HTML Mail-Email Designer) doesnt work or apply its theme changes?

To Hannes credit, “Theme My Login” doesn’t work either…

After some research I found out it is not possible to customize Jetpack emails. These messages are not sent from your website but from wordpress.com servers. There are several open support issues about this topic but this has to be solved by Jetpack.

You could use another subscription plugin instead of Jetpack.
