Not working…..yet
-
Daan,
Somehow i can’t get it wo work.
After installing the plugin i got a “crucial error in wordpress “email.
I don’t mind something crucial, or an error. It’s just the two things combined that scares me.
I couldn’t see anything weird, it is not working properly though.
No data in analytics.
Any suggestions or an intelligent guess?

Hi Stefan,
Could you share the error that was in the email?
https://duppies.nl/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=host_analyticsjs_local&tab=caos-help
Je heb er niet veel aan denk zo omdat het admin omgeving is.
Je mag ook mailen op mijn info@
Als dat makkelijker isHi again Stefan,
I’ll keep speaking English, so others can also (possibly) benefit from the solution.
You shared a link to your admin area. You mentioned you received an error in your email. Wasn’t there an error in that message?
You’re right, english is fine.
There is an error rapport( partly in dutch , thats hoe i recieved itπ:Een fout van het type E_ERROR werd veroorzaakt op regelnummer 65 van het bestand /var/www/vhosts/duppies.nl/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/host-analyticsjs-local/includes/admin/settings/class-help.php. I know that error. I’ve been trying to make a new release for the past few days, but the WP repository seems to be very slow, so I can’t get in. I’ll turn on the script, and hopefully it’ll come thru soon!
Thanks for looking and the fast responses.
But, thats not the core issue. The core issue is that i dont get any analytics trough. Is this error the cause?
Is it because i am using the new G tag instead of the UA? Could that be the problem?Ah, alright. Then I’m going to need a few screenshots of your settings. π

π€£ Well, you’re not an idiot. My plugins are a bit technical in nature. I’d love to say that that’s on purpose, but I’m just a backend developer trying his hardest to do UX. π³
I think that everybody that starts now with a new property on GA and use CAOS will run into this problem.
I noticed some minor UX problems indeed, if you want recommendations just send me an email at the info@. -
