Not Worth it

    Seriously upset that after purchasina extra credits my website Lost almost 40% of our Images.
    They then told me to upload another of their apps which i did, shortpixel image retriever and that did absolutely nothing.
    Do not waste your time or money with these people.

    Thanks for your review.

    I must clarify a couple of things:

    • ShortPixel Image Optimizer does not have code to remove images. It is impossible for the plugin to remove your images, so I guess you experienced some caching issue.
    • For clients who have issues with images, we never recommend to upload another app to “recover” the images, not here and not by e-mail. Everything can be done with only our plugin.
    • The app “shortpixel image retriever” does not exist.

    I’m afraid there’s been some big misunderstanding here, so we’ll appreciate if you could correct your review. In any case, we appreciate any kind of feedback, good or bad.
