How do you know that the error wasn’t yours? Why didn’t you try to contact the plugin’s author about this by posting a topic in the plugin’s dedicated sub-forum?

Hi icecappacino,
Really sorry to hear that you had some issues with our plugin. Curious, actually, as to why you gave us two stars 🙂 I can assure you, the premium support guys would love nothing more than their queues going down, not up 🙂
I’d love to hear about any bugs you encountered and see how we can help eliminate them. As in any software package, there are legitimate bugs – but sometimes, it’s a simple matter of an old theme conflict or a configuration issue.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help!
No worries folks.
There’s plenty of community based (free) support available for anyone who asks. And if you find a real bug, it’s easy to get it into the open source development system on gitHub.
If you really get stuck with a problem nobody can figure out if it is a plugin bug or something else it’s great to have the option of paid support.
Jeff
