Is there a way to include a ‘note’, ‘memo’, or ‘special instructions’ field for my buyers?

My subscription option requires that the buyer tell me some info about their purchase.

Otherwise I love your plugin!

Not yet. I’ve had a lot of requests for adding fields, but it’s not a small project. It’s definitely high on the list, though.
