  • I am having the same issue right now, I am running VFB Version 2.9 Free, PHP Version 5.4, WordPress 4.5.3, and all emails are within the domain. We have basic POP email setup. Im not 100% sure what changed with in the last week or so but for some reason we do not receive any of the form emails but the clients receive their auto reply email. It had been working for about two years then just stopped…?

    Hello Trigger and Joshua,

    It is likely that something has changed on the receiving end, as is does sound like emails are working. You may both want to work with your website hosts, to see if the emails are being blocked at the server level, or sent to a spam folder/box. As you can imagine with 500,000+ users (counting all our version) there may be a few with email problems.     All that being said can you both pinpoint this to stopping on the 2.9 update? Were any other updates performed at the same time?
