    Copy{ “name”: “NoTemplateError”, “message”: “Could not find template: \”#template-sydney-templateLibrary-empty\”” }

    This happens when trying to access Elementor’s template library or while editing a page. It is really frustrating, please help.

  • Hi @markgaal068,

    I did checking with my web browser’s console tool, and it doesn’t display the mentioned error. Ref: https://i.snipboard.io/zHd23t.jpg

    Does the error message only appear while you are editing the page? Please confirm.

    Hi @kharisblank,

    Since then, I’ve made some tweaks to the code, and the error is no longer showing. However, I’m still unable to use any pre-built blocks, as it says that none are available.

    Thanks for getting back, @markgaal068!

    Great!

    However, I’m still unable to use any pre-built blocks, as it says that none are available.

    To help me identify the root cause of this issue, I’d like to reproduce it on my test site.

    Could you please share a screen recording of the problem? You can upload it to a file-sharing service like Google Drive and share the link here.

    This will allow me to investigate more effectively.

    @kharisblank What I did was install the Sydney theme and use the “Sydney Fashion” free starter site. The error started occurring after this. I haven’t installed any other plugins, only the ones that were included with the preset.

    Let me know if that helps in diagnosing the issue!

    Hi @markgaal068,

    I’ve tested the site import process with Sydney Fashion on a fresh test site and couldn’t reproduce the issue you’re experiencing. Everything looks fine to me.

    Could this be related to an incomplete import at your end? If possible, please try running the import process again on a separate test site to see if that makes any difference.
