# Notes before submitting a topic

 * Hi everyone,
 * In some cases, there are problems with the customer’s site, but no problem with
   LearnPress plugin when testing on local. This often be due to many reasons. Therefore,
   please note the following inspection of the site by yourself prior to contact
   with us:
 * 1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of LearnPress plugin and the
   add-ons LearnPress.
 * 2. Memory of hosting is restricted. Please increase memory limit to 128M follow
   this way: [http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP](http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP)
   or you have to increase memory for your hosting.
 * 3. WordPress or PHP version is outdated. We recommend running the latest version
   of WordPress, PHP version 5.6 or higher.
 * 4. Deactive one by one plugin in order to definite plugins maybe cause conflict
   with LP.
 * 5. Turn on console to check bug then give us a sreenshot about issue and error

 * But I think after your latest upgrade is when most of issues arose. Maybe you
   can review the changes you made.
    Mine can’t display lessons. Hope you can assist
