    Hello,
I’m having a problem where the emails are too wide after sending, so I have to scroll accordingly. I can’t print the email or save it as a PDF because otherwise parts of it would be cut off on the left and right. My page is 4 columns wide, and this is where the error occurs when entering data.

In the plugin itself, however, the forms are displayed correctly and can also be printed or saved as PDF.

    Hi @fitnsexy,

    Thanks for reaching out!

When you have a chance, please share your form with me. This way, I can try to reproduce the issue and verify it with the team.

To do this, go to WPForms > Tools and click on the Export tab. In the Form Export section, select the form you’d like to export, and it will download a JSON file for you. Here’s a screenshot of the setting. In case it’s helpful, we also have a tutorial for this here.

Then just share the JSON file with me here. You could provide a link to a cloud service like Google Drive or Dropbox.

    Thanks!

    Hi @fitnsexy

I just wanted to share a quick update and let you know that we’ve just released version 1.9.5.1 of WPForms Lite that contains a fix for this issue. Please update to this version if you’ve not done so already and let me know if you run into any issues.

    Thank you! 🙂
