 * Hi,
 * In case you are unable to receive notifications for Contact Form please follow
   steps below.
 * 1. Set an email address in sender email field. Make sure it is the email with
   samne domain name as your website.
 * 2. In case empty email is sent, Use [smfield print=”all”] This tag is used to
   print all form data. In reply-to field it can be [smfield print=”email”].

 * Hi, this is not clear at all on how to edit emails/check entries. I can create
   the form fine, but the plugin fails to make this clear. Please help. I like the
   plugin, but feel it is not straightforward in making it clear how to set the
   receiving email and check entries. I have checked form settings and all, and
   nothing is clear.

 * I agree. I am having trouble with the same issue. Please clarify the instruction
   on how to setup the “sending” email address. For example, if you say “Set an
   email address in sender email field. Make sure it is the email with same domain
   name as your website,” a screenshot would be helpful. Also, “In case empty email
   is sent, Use [smfield print=”all”] This tag is used to print all form data. In
   reply-to field it can be [smfield print=”email”].” I have no idea where or how
   this should be done. A screen shot or better instruction would really help? Thanks.

 * Hi [@rsavage1](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rsavage1/),
 * Here’s the video explaining how to use the plugin and notifications.
    In video
   for **sender name** field [smfield print=”name”] shortcode is used, Instead of
   using this just use a simple one word name.
 * [smfield print=”all”] shortcode is used to display all the submitted data in
   email.
    You can choose specific fields by just replacing _all_ from this shortcode[
   smfield print=”all”] with the field name.
 * For example **[smfield print=”YOUR FIELD LABEL/NAME”]**

 * Hi,
 * Form looks and works great. Receiving notification emails ok!
 * My issue is I’d like the email received to appear from the name input into the
   form, and the reply to being the email they’ve input into the form, so I can
   reply directly form my email account to enquires from clients.
 * Is this possible? Can’t seem to find the right shortcode for it.
 * Thanks,
 * Mike

 * Hi, [@toshodin](https://wordpress.org/support/users/toshodin/)
 * In reply-to field on notifications panel insert : [smfield print=”email”]
 * If it is still not working then your email client is not detecting all the email
   header information properly.
 * Thanks

 * Thanks for the swift reply!
 * I have my WordPress to send email via Postman SMTP, would that effect this?

 * Using postman smtp is actually better than using default WordPress, Most private
   email client don’t utilize the header information sent with email.
