# Notification Reply doesn’t support additional email fields

 * I have read the FAQ and installation documentation. Deactivated all plugins and
   just left BNFW activated. Still when choosing any kind of Reply notification,
   there message appears This notification doesn’t support additional email fields
   due to a limitation in WordPress.
 * I have it installed it in another WP with same plugins, framework and version.
   There it does work.
 * I installed it in a fresh WP installation with no other plugin, just BNFW and
   still the same limitation for Reply Notifications.

 * Just a quick update that I just found. In the WP installation where it is working
   for Reply notifications, I have BadgeOS plugin installed. When I deactivated 
   this plugin is where it gives me the notification again (This notification doesn’t
   support additional email fields due to a limitation in WordPress).
 * Activating this plugin lets me work with notification replies.
 * What is the link or root cause here?

 * Quick update again: Installed BadgeOS plugin in the new site where the limitation
   is always, but did not work to resolve the problem. It only works on the WP installation
   mentioned above even when just the BadgeOs and BNFW plugin are activated in the
   entire site. Really do not know what is different.

 * Just testing all the features and seeing that all notifications for Transactional
   group, leaves me with the message: This notification doesn’t support additional
   email fields due to a limitation in WordPress
 * Tested on fresh WP installation with nothing more that the BNFW plugin and followed
   the FAQ step by step for installation.

    Thanks for
   your message.
 * It actually sounds like BadgeOS is conflicting with BNFW, specifically a javascript
   conflict which is preventing the additional email fields to be hidden on transaction
   notifications and breaking normal behaviour.
    Transactional notifications cannot
   utilise the additional email fields due to a restriction in WordPress which is
   why they do not show normally.

 * Hello Jack,
 * Thank you for your prompt response. I understand now, the additional email fields
   hidden is a normal behaviour for transactional notifications, due to the restriction
   by WP. I was mistaken there, thinking it was something wrong with my WP configuration.
   Now I understand the scenario presented with BadgeOS is not normal.

    Not a problem.
 * If you want to pursue this, I would recommend getting in touch with the author(
   s) of BadgeOS and see if they will look into this conflict from their end too.
