Hello, how can I get to display the advanced section to specify the ‘FROM Email Address Header’ all the way at the bottom of the Notifications settings?

Just have a website where the confirmation emails are sent from the WP admin address. I remember that Nate had added a setting for that in the past, but I can’t find it in this website. Then checked an older website and the setting is there.
