The reason why you see 0 on all counters after an update is, that it always resets the cache on every update and it will take a while to newly fetch them. Which of course didn’t work till now because of the Facebook changes. For clarity: Shariff does not store or count anything itself. It only uses a temporary cache for performance purposes and rate limits, but it is non permanent. So if the share count requests fail over a period of time due to changes from the networks, the share counts will always disappear after a while or an update.
