 * Suddenly (guessing 11 days ago based on the “Details” tab on each broken link)
   I am getting “429 Unknown Error” message on YouTube video links. Is there a way
   to avoid 429 errors because the videos do work at the link I have set? Or what
   is causing this sudden problem with YouTube?

 * Hello [@imagineds](https://wordpress.org/support/users/imagineds/)
 * I hope you are doing well!
 * Youtube Error 429 happening because of too many requests. The crawl making to
   many requests in a short period of time so YouTube is blocking them.
 * By default, [YouTube API](https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/config/mgmt/v3/limits-quotas)
   allows making 100 requests per 100 seconds per. If this quota is increased the
   429 error will be shown.
 * Would you please reduce the **Target resource usage** and see if this will stop
   returning 429 error?
 * Youy can find this option from **Settings > Link Checker > Advanced**.

 * [@nastia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nastia/), what is a good setting
   for the Target Resource Usage? I left it at the default, which shows as 25%.
   Is that a good setting? Or should it be lowered?

 * Hello [@thebrickblogger](https://wordpress.org/support/users/thebrickblogger/)
 * The default setting (25%) should be just fine. If you notice any increased load
   in your server then you can lower that down a bit more.
 * Thank you,
    Dimitris
