 * Hi,
 * I’m trying to add adds and promo material to [my site](http://www.allforoneinsultz.com/),
   but I do not seem to get it.

 * I got this as a link so I tried to code it to.
 * But when I paste this into HTML and I go to visual and back the code will just
   be deleted. (yes I am a new player in this field)
 * Also I cannot seem to figure out how to make this work.
