# Object Cache

 * How can I activate the object Cache?
 * Even if you enable the Object Cache option, the plugin still reports the following
   Status:
 * Memcached Extension: Disabled
    Redis Extension: Disabled Connection Test: Not
   Available
 * What should I do?
 * Thank you!

 * Hi,
 * You will need to have either :
 * 1. PHP extension for Memcached , and Memcached server process
 * or
 * 2. PHP extension for Redis and Redis server process
 * either way it will require root access to your server, if you are using shared
   hosting , please contact your provider.
