 * Greetings. The plugins section has an interspersed section and it has inclusions.
   object-cache.php
   Plugin Check Object Cache Drop-In that cannot be deleted. Is
   there anyone who can explain in more detail what kind of inclusions this is?

 * dropins are not regular plugins, they have fixed filename in wp-content folder
   and are installed by other plugins or manually
 * it is safe to delete it via hosting file manager,
 *  If you still have cache plugin active ( which installed drop in) then it will
   prompt you to reinstall drop in component for objects cache
