 * Fantastic plugin. I’ve avoided these types of plugins forever, but this one is
   so well thought out and has just the right number of options, so it works exactly
   like we need. (And even supports CDNs!)
 * The only issue I noticed is that saving the plugin options bypasses the object
   cache, so the new settings don’t take effect unless you manually clear it.
 * We’re using Redis with the WP-Redis drop-in.
 * If you have a GitHub repo, I’d be happy to look at it and do a PR.
