 * Hello, just installed your Advanced WooCommerce store theme and am having a few
   issues.
 * First, there are two menus appearing. Not sure why and would like to top one 
   to disappear.
 * Second, the Shopping Cart box/button is not rendering properly. Can it alos disappear?

 * There are two menu settings in this theme; if you want only one menu, then follow
   the below steps.
   Go to Appearance >> Menus >> Menu Settings >> Uncheck Woocommerce
   Menu >> Click on the Save Menu button.    
 * The Shopping Cart box/button is rendering properly; if you want to remove it,
   use the below CSS.
 * .middle-header .cart_icon{
     display: none !important;}
