# OceanWP theme not compatible with WordPress & PHP

 * Hi all. Over the past couple of days or so my website has gone from looking fine
   to photos missing and text bunched up against photos. I chatted with a tech support
   agent from my hosting provider and in the end he said:
 * “I have tried my level best in helping you by updating WordPress core files, 
   PHP version update, website file and upon checking I could see that OceanWP theme
   is causing the issue as it is not compatible with WordPress version and PHP and
   can you please once check with theme vendor once”
 * I can’t help but notice that the latest update to OceanWP theme was 6 September
   2023, which is presumably when the issues with my website arose. Is there any
   way of resolving this? Is the OceanWP team aware of the issue?

 * OceanWP skin is fully compatible with the latest version of PHP and the latest
   version of WordPress.
 * Kindly share a live URL of your issue. Usually, missing images and inappropriate
   styles stem from non-connected CDNs or inactive SSL. Also, you can ask your host
   provider to check the issue.

 * Thanks for your response, Shahin. Here’s a page on my website that shows some
   of the issues:

 * There is a photo missing top right and text is bunched up next to the other two
   photos. Similar issues occur on the other pages of my site.
 * I haven’t touched the site since designing it a few years ago. I checked it about
   a week and a half ago and it was fine, so this issue has emerged in recent days.

 * Hello [@marvindash](https://wordpress.org/support/users/marvindash/),
 * Please disable the theme and see if the problem is with the theme or not. Actually,
   the content has been added by Elementor, so you must check the elementor environment
   and recheck the issue. It seems the image is gone. It happens sometimes if you
   import sections. Technically, this is not in the theme’s control.
