Odd comment numbering

Recently someone clicked the “Sync Comments” button and since then the numbering in our comments is off and is somewhat inconsistent.
An example of this is http://wheniwork.com/blog/new-changes-to-the-web-app-coming-soon/
If you see there’s a comment 1.1 and under that there is even a 1.1.
It also has some disqus code in there as well. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!
