 * Is there a way to “create an order” (slecet different things, items and such 
   to assemble your order) wizard, NOT a step by step check-out, that will take 
   you step by step through placing an order??

 * OK.. lets use a car for this:
 * first you choose the make -> then you choose color -> then you choose accessories–
   >
 * See where I am going.. a multiple selection so you can assemble your order.
 * OK.. or this as an example:
 * Choose what type of graphics you want -> the size -> color or B&W -> type of 
   finish

 * It sounds like you want to allow customers to customize their order. I don’t 
   know of a plugin that will offer multiple steps, but I can recommend both Product
   Bundles and Composite Products. Here’s a good comparison:
