# Offline comunication interface

 * Hallo,
 * there are several blogging tools out to edit your blog on your desktop. They 
   all work with a number of different blogsystems, and I wonder if there is an (
   general) interface to comunicate with the blog via xmlrpc or soap? I could not
   find any information about such a interface in the web, but I can’t believe, 
   that those tools got the postforms of each blog.
 * Does anyone know more about this?

 * What’s your goal? Are you planning on rolling your own? I think there’s a few“
   clients” already on the Mac. Just curious, really.

 * Just a joke, no I’m just playin around with this. There are enough blogging tools
   for the Mac, even the performancing.com plugin works with firefox – thanks for
   that, I didn’t know about this plugin.
