 * You mentioned on your website that messages can come to google chrome. If we 
   are using three domains, can all messages be directed to our one account or will
   we need three separate accounts?

 * I have upgraded our account, but I can not figure out how to have each agent 
   log in. It seems like all agents log in with the same credentials. Am I doing
   something wrong?
