 * please how do i receive payment from the offline option? i did a test run on 
   it and a thank you message was sent confirming the donation but i don’t know 
   where exactly the donation went. please help

 * The idea with the offline payment option is that you provide payment details 
   to the donor. This may be your bank details so they can transfer money direct,
   or your address for sending cheques to.

 * Regarding the donation, where are you seeing the wrong name? Is this in the WordPress
   dashboard, in an email, on the donation receipts, or somewhere else?
