 * I would like to ask if the js helpdesk plugin won’t work if no internet connection?
   
   i’m trying to install it in our intranet but it always have an offline status.
   But when i installed it on my domain, seems no problem.

 * Unfortunately, i have no option for offline when i tried to install in out intranet.
