# Offload Media does not work automatically

 * Hello,
 * we are currently testing your free version and have noticed that images uploaded
   to a listing are not automatically offloaded to AWS S3, although our settings
   provide for this with WP Offload Media.
 * This should be adjusted immediately so that media from Directorist is automatically
   offloaded.
 * What are your efforts to adjust this? Do you regulate this? Should we fix this?

 * Thank you for your concern. We are using the proper way to upload the image attachments.
   We are using the “wp_handle_upload” function to upload the images. So it should
   be supported by the WP Offload Media plugin.
