 * Can someone help me with explaining how the offset works.. so now I have two 
   row IDs configured. Home and Aboutmary. However when I go to them, its not correct.
   it should be higher. Very rare if you click on the menu item it goes somewhere
   and if you click again it moves a bit. Why? How can it remember two different
   positions for one row ID? And how can I define offset for the two different row
   ids? Not understanding it completly.. thank you..

 * Right now, page scrolling in your site is handled by your theme, via this script:
 * `...themes/thegem/js/functions.js`
 * This script prevents “Page scroll to id” from handling your menu links and thus
   page scrolling. Try to see if the plugin can fix this automatically:
 * Go to “Page scroll to id” settings and enable “Prevent other scripts from handling
   plugin’s links” option. Also set the “Offset” option value to:
 * `#site-header`
 * Save changes and test your page.
 * Let me know
