 * “Offset” is a parameter of codex that let u hide x number of posts; example offset
   =1, let you hide one latest post from a category or tag.
 * Thats what im looking, hide the latest post, something like this would be useful,
 * [slposts number_posts=1 category=example offset=1 thumbnail=true]
 * or any other trick could work too, tks Jose Luis
